What is the time commitment?

When you enroll in the 8-week Mental Fitness course, you are committing to:

  • watching a 1-hour video once per week

  • practicing your learning for a combined 15 minutes per day guided by a Positive Intelligence mobil app designed for this program

  • attending a weekly 1-hour small group coaching session held remotely and led by your Mental Fitness Coaches, Joan Kling and Judy Gielniak

  • reading Chapters 1-8 of Positive Intelligence (provided)

This may seem like a lot of time, but it actually constitutes less than 2% of your waking hours! The bottom line is that creating new neural pathways (habits) takes time and effort, and it’s worth it.

We are colleagues, friends, and professional coaches excited to be working together to bring Mental Fitness to you! We each had our own powerful journey through Positive Intelligence, the basis for Mental Fitness, and when we traded notes and shared our experiences, the spark of collaboration ignited.

In our respective coaching practices, Joan Kling Coaching and Accomplished Life Coaching & Consulting, we are both passionate about systems that benefit the whole person.
